Horde template parameter Basic and Advanced placement

Horde templates can expose friendly developer-facing options that simplify a build configuration. Most users rely on those options, while advanced users sometimes need to specify the underlying arguments directly.

Currently, template authors cannot control whether individual parameters appear with the commonly used options or with the advanced options. This makes complex templates difficult to organize without hiding functionality from expert users.

We have submitted a pull request adding an optional placement setting for template parameters. Parameters default to Basic for backward compatibility and may instead be placed in Advanced:

Could Epic review this approach and advise whether it is suitable for upstream inclusion?

Steps to Reproduce
This is a proposed editor/tooling enhancement rather than a defect requiring a project reproduction. An implementation is available in the linked GitHub pull request.
