Horde - better slack emojis control

Hello folks!

We’ve running for some time into issue where our slack emojis are not exactly representing the value that is required by Horde - instead we’re seeing strange slack emojis in the chat. It might be based on that some people were playing with default emojis on Slack and changed it studio-wide.

I see that some support has been added for `SlackErrorPrefix` and `SlackWarningPrefix` to change default values, but still seeing a lot of `:+1:`, `:tick:`, `:cross:`, `:downvote:` or `:heavy_minus_sign:` hardcoded in strings.

Is there any chance you could expose those settings as properties into config file? That way we could consume all those w/o making code changes directly.

Thanks, yeah that has raised an eyebrow as folks have added Slack emojis from the workspace into the source. Ticketed and we’ll get it cleaned up, thanks for the feedback.
