When requesting conform from a Horde agent, I’m getting the following error:
Unhandled exception while running conform: Client path returned by Perforce (‘untranslatable’) does not begin with client name (‘//Horde+<redacted>+<redacted>/’)
When requesting conform from a Horde agent, I’m getting the following error:
Unhandled exception while running conform: Client path returned by Perforce (‘untranslatable’) does not begin with client name (‘//Horde+<redacted>+<redacted>/’)
Steps to Reproduce
Set up Horde Server on Mac with Docker Compose up.
Configure to use the perforce depot and stream for our project.
Install Horde client on Windows agents and enroll them.
request conform via agent context sensitive popup on horde server gui.
Check the agent logs.
Hey there,
Can you confirm the client name here? Specifically looking for [spaces in the path [Content removed] as this feels vaguely reminiscent of that issue. Further confirmation that this is happening on the server, agent, or both?
Julian
Hi Julian,
Thanks for your response. I ended up finding [this UDN [Content removed] and using google translate, and trying that solution which was to set the system option for Administrative Langualge Settings to UTF8, and it got me past that error.[Image Removed]
