Hololens 2 Project Packaging Error, Appx manifest not found or invalid

I am trying to package a project for the Hololens 2 but receive an error during the packaging process. I simply downloaded the Microsoft’s Unreal examples here.

My steps are

  1. Download the project and open the ChessApp.uproject
  2. Generate the Signing Certificate under Project Settings > Plateforms > Hololens
  3. Try and package to Hololens

Eventually I will receive and error message that spits out

Ok well I found a solution. Another post that I made on the Microsoft forums here was answered.
Seems to be a local issue (possibly hardware) that causes this to happen as I just packaged it on another computer and copied the binaries created from that project to my current computer and it works fine now.
