Summary

(Reporting again from FORT-1001140 and Holiday Presents! loot pool is bugged, which were closed as fixed despite it not being true)

Since 39.11, when it was added back to Battle Royale, Holiday Presents! doesn’t drop any items nor weapons, making it basically useless.

This could be hapenning because of the loot pool setting added to Battle Royale Core Mode, adding items not available in creative, being them blacklisted to appear, like Common Sneaky Snowman, Icy Feet, revamped version of Snowball Launcher with Chapter 7 weapon updates…

It also has the Birthday Presents! aiming sound.

Steps to Reproduce

1.- Equip a Holiday Presents!
2.- Aim it and listen to the sound. It’s birthday-like instead of Christmas themed
3.- Throw it and watch inside. It doesn’t drop anything.

Expected Result

Holiday Presents! work as any of it’s variants. It has a unique loot pool like it’s counter parts and gives items and weapons.

Observed Result

Holiday Presents! doesn’t drop any items nor weapons, not serving it’s purpose.

FORT-1039538 has been created and its status is ‘Unconfirmed’. This is now in a queue to be reproduced and confirmed.

Just for some clarification, the snowball launcher is not a new version, all weapons now have the chapter 7 functions applied globally, but that’s been disabled in creative for some reason

Huh, I didn’t know that. I assumed it was a different weapon since in creative mode there exist several versions of various weapons with and without the adjustments, respectively.
