Hole in Navmesh after actor deleted

I have several holes in my navmesh where I have deleted old AI pawn actors. I realized I had the “Can Affect Navigation Generation” flag on in the blueprints for these pawns and turned it off. The holes remained. I built paths, and then the level as a hole and the holes still showed up around the actors. I have deleted the navigation mesh and replaced it. I removed the geometry of the floor and replaced it. Anything to try and get the navigation to update and fill in the leftover gaps. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Fixed it! If anyone else has this issue, rebuilding geometry fixes this issue, even when build all doesn’t.
