Hold my hand on an error on a duplicated project? Source Control issue

Summary

I duplicated my RPG project to make a BR. Until the Simpsons patch, I was able to check files in, but this time I got an error.
Rather than pushing and hoping for the best, I thought it prudent to check to see what best practices actually were to solve it.
See the pile of screenshots.
I’m not sure what I did wrong when duplicating the project, probably just a typo somewhere? I don’t think there are any duplicate folders, but I understand that it thinks one project is a folder deeper than the other.

Steps to Reproduce

Hard to say, this is why I put all the screenshots in. Let me know if you need me to crack open a specific file.

Expected Result

I thought it would just check the files into source control, but this time it gave an error. It hasn’t done that before.

Observed Result

it gives me an error and would probably ALLOW me to check in changes, but I don’t want to make a bad commit.

Additional Notes

key thing: i don’t know why there are 2 vDrBR prjects with slightly different project file paths.
They’re the same project.
