HLODs building fails because of Exception_Access_Violation

Whenever I try to build the HLODs for the map in our project the build always fails with the errors being EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION with a random address added to it. I have tried pretty much everything i can find out there to fix this. I have changed the HLOD layer settings, validated my Unreal Engine 5.3 installation, tried to build it using the comandlet using command prompt, changed settings in my pc BIOS that I saw could help (they helped with my overall performance of unreal engine). I have no idea anymore what I could change that could fix my problem. IS there anything I can still change to make this build the HLODs?
