HLOD runtime hiding,removal

Hey , there is a way to triger action that hides specific HLOD or Remove HLOD tile from being loaded in packed game,server ?

What i would like to do?
When something is going to change in distant view as example player create building HLOD with forest is going to be hidden and unallocated from memory. To Have an “Living world” simulation
