Hello, a couple of days ago I enabled streaming and built HLODs to optimize the memory on my island featuring KPOP DEMON HUNTERS. I made an update and published a new version; all checks were fine. Then, after 13 hours, I received failed content review violations on HLOD assets. I didn’t add any external assets in this update or in recent versions of the island. I tried to explain this error in the appeal, but it went negative.
I am confused because I don’t know which real assets were rejected and why. I am really concerned about future rejections of HLOD assets without any explanation and am thinking of quitting featuring KPOP DEMON HUNTERS IP.

No Modification. Do not edit, modify or change any KPop Demon Hunters characters or assets outside of UEFN. Only use the UEFN customization that we’ve provided for KPop Demon Hunters characters and assets.
Thank you for the answer! I didn’t change assets outside of UEFN; I only used the tools and assets provided for KPop Demon Hunters in UEFN and didn’t import any third-party licensed content. I thought HLODs were an optimization tool provided in UEFN and shouldn’t be prohibited.
