Do you have any ideas why. Maybe a check list
It’s both in the Editor(220 ping) and stand-alone(250 ping)

What systems are the ping between? Two games on the same PC? If so, one of the games will be in the background, and deliberately run slowly.

That’s not why you expect that ping, that’s why you want that ping.
To expect something, you have to have a foundational reason. “I measured the socket delay D and verified that the main loops were each running at X and Y fps, so the time should be D*2+1/X+1/Y seconds” would be a reasonable way to establish expectations.
But you are not using a second computer?
And you’re using the editor version, not a packaged version?
If so, it’s very likely the ping time is coming from background sleeping.
