Hierarchical Instanced Static Mesh in 4.20 Won't fix

We’re currently working on a project with high dependency of hierarchical instanced static mesh components.
There is a bug in the engines 4.19 - 4.21 causing the editor to crash UE-62282 with a target fix 4.22. The status says now “Won’t fix”. How should we understand this? Will there be absolute no fix in the future, so no hierarchical instanced static mesh components anymore? Or is it just unfixable in near future engine versions? Should we wait or should we go back to 4.18?

Based on the reproduction case that was given to us in the original bug report, this was determined to not be an engine bug, but an issue with the end-user code. We have updated the public bug report with additional information. Unreal Engine Issues and Bug Tracker (UE-62282)
