HI Raghib. I was hoping you might help me with another issue I am having - I cannot render or export anything now for some reason.....same file. It just shows that it is working on the estimated time to compute the render and thats it.

I have moved TM into another part of my M1 MAC (location that is) and when this started to happen, I decided to reimport TM form scratch back to where it was originally located. Still doesn't work - I can't seem to render anything, and it just shows the dialogue window as per the attachment below. Any ideas?? Thanks, Josh

Hi Josh,

I've never seen an issue like this before and I'm not sure what could be causing this. Keep in mind that M1 Macs aren't supported yet, so this could possibly be something unique to M1 machines that we might not be able to completely resolve until we can release a supported version.

The first thing I would try is to delete the Twinmotion2022.2 folder in Documents, then seeing if the issue persists. If so, I recommend a full re-install of Twinmotion, and setting the location of the files to default, or specifying them during the installation process.

If that still doesn't fix things, I recommend submitting a bug report here and attaching a copy of your Twinmotion file and the Twinmotion, log file (Where to find Twinmotion .log file) from when this bug happened. We can try to look into this further with that extra information and see if it might be reproducible on other computers.

Best,

Raghib

I"m not sure what the issue was but I had to rebuild the file. Thanks anyway!
