No answer ? 😥
Hi,
What program did you use to make the 3d model?
I work with ArchiCad, I usually have a similar problem if I don't set the "fix UV / Texture" button in the direct link settings....
hi, thx for your answer.
I used Sketchup. I think i didnt have this thing for export :(
Hi Idem ,
Is this an image exported using Path Tracer? There is a currently known issue discovered in 2023.1 Preview 2 where some Path Tracer exports will display rendering artifacts that are not present in the viewport or raster/real-time rendering modes. If this is the case, the engineers are investigating this and working on a solution. If you are able to share your files, please submit a bug report here with a copy of your Twinmotion file packaged using the Resource Collector (Edit menu > Resource Collector > Compress files) to help in the team's investigation.
If this isn't a Path Tracer render, then like Artenim mentioned, this could be an issue with the UV precision. Artenim's screenshot is from a menu in the legacy Direct Link plugin. If you are using the current Datasmith plugin for Sketchup, the option to use max precision for UVs will appear in the import window inside Twinmotion.
Another possible cause of the issue could be if your SketchUp model is imported far from the origin in Twinmotion of (0,0,0). You can check this by opening the XYZ panel and selecting any part of the model. If the coordinates are several thousand units away from the origin, then that can cause a loss of precision for geometry and textures. To fix this, you will need to go back to SketchUp and move your model closer to the origin there, then re-import it into Twinmotion.
Best,
Raghib
It is available in SketchUp also Synchronization Settings.
