Also, unrelated, but i’m having issues with decals too. They work on BSP, but not on other assets. Is there a way to get a decal on an asset?

Do you have a lightmass importance volume in your level and have you already increased the lightmap resolution of those meshes? And do you probably get some warnings when you build your light?

I would also recommend you to add a skylight so that the areas (e.g under the table) aren’t so dark :slight_smile:

Yes I do have a volume. And no issues when building. It’s all 100% fine. How do I increase the light map?

go into the static mesh editor (double click onto the mesh) -> then in the right properties window you can find it. There just type in e.g 128

That has helped on some objects thanks. But the wallpaper is still black. Might it have something to do with the fact that its just a plane? Do the backs of planes always go dark?
