Help with Custom Foliage Importing from 3ds Max

Okay with Maximum Devs help, the problem ended up being that when I was converting my model to an editable, I was converting to an ‘editable poly’ and exporting. For some reason that was causing the above error. However when I converted to ‘editable mesh’, it exported fine. I have no idea why and at this point I don’t care haha. Thanks for they help.

Sometimes it happens with the ‘editable poly’, the reason is the quad face. What you can do is a ‘Turn to Polys’ modifier and limit the face number to 3 (like in an editable mesh) Collapse the stack and voilà … ;).
