Help with Checkerboard / Missing Textures on Actor Only When Playing Level?

I imported an FBX with an animation and the materials look good. Also, when I animate, the animation itself plays great.
However, when I press the Play button to play/animate, the textures on the model that are on the animated sections of the actor-mesh go ‘Checkerboard’, like there are no textures.
But then when I hit the Stop button and stop playing, the textures re-appear.

What do I need to do so that the textures won’t disappear when I hit the Play button?

Built lighting into scene, does not help, textures still disappear on parts of mesh when playing. Only Stop button brings them back.:frowning:
