Help Us Test the "Dragin' Breath" Unreal Engine Plugin

Hey everyone!
I’m Bobby from Imagn’ Games, and we’re getting close to a v1 release of our Dragin’ Breath plugin for Unreal Engine 5 — and we need a few awesome testers to help push it over the finish line.

:light_bulb: What is Dragin’ Breath?
It’s a UE5 plugin that lets you easily add breath weapons to any character — dragons, mechs, monsters, you name it.

  • Supports projectile breath, flamethrower-style streams, and spline-based effects (perfect for lightning bolts, beam weapons, etc.).
  • Built-in elemental types: Fire, Frost/Ice, Acid, and more coming soon (taking suggestions!).
  • Animation dropdowns for each attack type.
  • Works with AI enemies, burnable objects, and customizable VFX.

:hammer_and_wrench: Your role as a tester

  • Download our test build.
  • Try out each breath weapon type and element.
  • Report bugs, visual glitches, or strange behavior.
  • Suggest features or improvements.

:wrapped_gift: What you get

  • The full plugin for free — including all future updates.
  • Early access to new features before public release.
  • Your name in the credits (if you want).

:busts_in_silhouette: Who we’re looking for

  • Familiar with Unreal Engine 5 (Blueprint and/or C++ knowledge is a plus, but not required).
  • Patient and detail-oriented.
  • Can give clear, step-by-step feedback.

If you’re interested, comment here or DM me — even if you can’t test, I’m happy to take suggestions for new features!

Thanks,
Bobby

It ok to ask questions and such, or do you guys want screenshots? I should be able to post some soon, I am getting rid of some headaches caused by GIT ATM, apparently if your file permissions on Windows are crap from swapping SSD’s back and forth, you know Hot Swap, GIT will Act as if it is saving your branch, but either doesn’t save it, or it is totally unrecoverable…guess it is a good thing I am saving every good build in RAR files huh
