Help! Strange materials representation.

Hi everyone! I’m new one to UE4, and I have the next problem. In my previous projects I successfully set my materials. But now, something’s wrong, and when I set a simple material here what I see in material editor:

and what I see om my model (wall):

The texture has very fine tiling.

When I randomly change my UV tiling parameters I see my material in editor like this:

but in scene it is OK and looks like desired:

Also I tried one more variant when TexCoord=1. So, in editor:

Have anyone faced this problem and how to fix it? Thanks!

Hmm. The screenshots are a bit too small to see anything…
Also it would be important to know how the UV layout of the model looks like…
