help reusing 'City Sample' interior cubemap on new meshes

I’m trying to use the Unreal city sample to create a new shot. When I use the existing window glass/cubemap material I dont get any variation, they all seem to be using the same seed, and the interior is the size of the whole group, even though the static mesh I instanced has tight uvw mapping.

For the windows, I created a grid pattern in modelling mode, so its an ISM package.

I know the city sample was built up in Houdini, but is there anyway to populate this information within Unreal, or possibly offer some help editing the material so it works in a way Unreal recognises?
