I’m working on a automotive project using the Path tracer in UE 5.3.2. We need extremely crips and clean, highly detailed pictures. The viewport preview is actually crisper than the render at this current stage. Just a bit more context: Running on RTX 4090, Intel 13900K, 128GB RAM. We need 6k pictures. MRQ settings are properly setup and we have done this before smoothly on previous projects. However for the past 3 days we have been encountering a problem where we raise the spatial sample count and it takes 10 hours to render 1 frame. Previously we did 10 minutes per frame. Now, we need to raise the spatial sample count because path tracer takes that as our sample rate and it won’t be properly aliased. Any suggestions as to how we can get a crisp high detailed image again? What is causing this extreme slowness? Any help is appreciated.
