hey everyone.
this may be a dumb question,may not.
im relitively new to ue4, i can design a decent map, foliage it up reqlly nice, add the effect and what not.
but i am looking for a specipic type of water.
kind of hard to explain.
im looking for kind of cartoonish water what reacts when the player swims.
for instance Battle field 4 has amazing water. something like that or even a bit more gooey.
please help me out! any advice on how to set it up from scratch or with starter/open world content.
