Summary
Hello, I had a map that was getting 100 ppl average everyday, I had this feature “Shoot to talk”. Moderation was accepting my map at the verification, but sometimes it would reject it for “personnal information” but since it was accepting most of the time I thought it was ok, but 1 month ago I contacted Epic support to ask them if someone can review my map to prevent of getting disable one day cause I was afraid that it will happen even though the moderation was accepting my map but the Epic support was never been able to help or to tell me anything about it. I was just trying to improve my map to not get disable one day. But two days ago after an update my map got indeed disable. When I contacted Epic they told me that they found some personnal information. The only reasons was maybe because in my map there was a voice that was saying “Im a man” and “iam a girl”.
I begged Epic support to let me at least remove what I think was the problem, cause as you can see it says that we can remove the cause of the violating before re-enabling
But they are not answering anymore…
And also I cant just copy my project to an another cause map code wont be the same, I had already huge commmunity on this island and I wont be able to build it again and anyway I cant acces the island.
My intention was never to violate any rule but as you can see Ive always tried my best to improve it by contacting Epic even though my map was accepted by the moderation
I find it really unfair that Epic wont give any chance at least to remove some items that was causing the problem. I had so many project and everything is falling… My map is 9743-8726-4303.

I’ve contact Epic support and told me that theres personnal information on my map and that the moderation was correct to hide my map.
And they are not answering anymore

Hi Nate,
The forums might not be the best place to appeal your disabled map, as that’s more of a conversation between you and player support / moderation team.
I looked up your island code and see what you mean with the ‘shoot to talk’ feature.
This is definitely not allowed. Look at Rule 1.2 “don't provide other chat methods on your island, like chat boxes or custom keyboards”
So, if you’re still able to re-submit be very clear that you understand the rule and have completely removed ‘shoot to talk’.

Hello thanks for your answer. I completely understand that. I have a proof that I have contacted Epic support about the “shoot to speak” features to ask them if maps can get disable because of it. Support told me that they had no informations about this.

So if the support couldnt help me before what could i have done ?
My island is locked so I cant re submit, I just need to be unlocked to remove the feature. But Epic support doesnt respond by mail anymore to me.
I had to look up how to say ‘Good Luck’ in French, so I’m not going to be able to translate those images. 
I think a big part of the issue here could be “since it was accepting most of the time I thought it was ok”
So what the moderation team would see is a ‘problem map’ with many submissions and multiple rejections.
Exactly cause my recent rejection was not about personnal information but about the IARC and picture problem.
I still dont know who to turn to since Epic support went ghost…
When i try to recontact them from their chat website they tell me to wait for the answer of my ongoing ticket… I’m so desperate
I’m not sure about the current expected queue wait times for support tickets. But I’d say give it a week or two in this case. Replying to the ticket again while it’s in the queue may ‘reset’ the timer on it. (Marking it as newer/lower priority ticket instead of an old ticket with no activity for a while)
But theres no one in this website that can tell me if my map could be re enable ? Cause i really cant stand the waiting to be honest. I have thousands of notification asking me what happened to my map and thats so stressful for me.
I mean if was using cheat or insulting or using adult content, I would understand that it couldnt be re enable but If they wont re enable it just because I wanted to use the shoot to speak function or for mutliple rejections…that’s a bit to severe imo. I ccould probably say goodby to the monetisation coming in 6 days…
