I also have a stamina system that I’d like to activate ONLY when I’m in the air (but I don’t know how to do it), so I summarize that to run I make a small jump and then I can activate my stamina,

No worries! I have just the thing for you then- you really can dive into your own stuff before you know the basics, but I really don’t suggest it. What I DO suggest is giving this tutorial a good go- it covers a HUGE amount of what you’ll need to know!
