Help! How can I export the the video I put in and sequencer at the same fps I set

My English is not very good, hope I can make myself understood.

First I set up a scene and a sequencer in UE4, the scene also include a animation I imported in. The sequencer and the animation are both at 25fps,with the blueprint I can control the time to start and end. In the overview part everything just work well, but after rendering step, the animation I put in can’t match the sequencer…
P.S. The final video is at 25fps, but the animation I put in turn out to be very weird, is like the animation was affected by the rendering time
Does anyone know how to fix these?

I cant answer your question, but I would like to know if you would be willing to share your BP on how you can control your media texture. I have been trying to figure out how I can have a media texture playing when I render a sequence, but I still have be unable to get there.
