Help, getting GPU timeout while rendering & stucked!!

I am getting this error and the rendering process gets stuck for 1 hour, not even initialize

Disable GPU Timeout

TdrDelay = 10 Fixed my crashes since last patch. : r/battlefield_4 (reddit.com)

I already tried this, but with no success. The interesting thing is that my renders (I render in multilayer EXR´s) sometimes complete successfully and sometimes crash after a few frames when I render in 4K. In Full HD I also get this warning message, but the renders don’t crash.
