Summary
Alright so after I submit my tax interview for the Single Member LLC option, I get an auto-deny or get no response at all. I’ve tried resubmitting doing it at a diffrent time but I still get the same issue. Sometimes I’ll get response emails that say
“After reviewing your account it appears you gave the EIN number assigned to your Single Member LLC and not the TIN assigned to your own personal name. Per IRS regulations, you must provide the TIN assigned to your own personal name and not that of the single member LLC. Please retake the tax interview and provide either your EIN or SSN assigned to your name to resolve the issue. Please do not respond to this email as it will reopen your ticket. We are now marking your ticket (29424) as closed.”
I think this is a bug in the Epics system because what else are you supposed to put besides a EIN for the Single Member LLC? Why would I give my SSN for a LLC? I’m giving you guys the EIN, which is assigned to the Single Member LLC. I tried to reach out to the Epic Support Form and they sent me to email the tax support but no one is responding back. I’ve been at this for a week now with no solution, so ANY HELP or advice is really appreciated.

- Fill out tax form
- Input EIN
- Submit

- Get an email that auto rejects
