Hey fellow Fortnite creators!
Having a weird issue with the Creator Portal when trying to set up payment methods for my island promotion (using UEFN). Every time I navigate to the payment method page, it’s completely blank—no buttons, no forms, just empty space.
I’ve already tried troubleshooting like crazy: switching to 3 different computers (including my friend’s), testing Chrome/Firefox (even incognito modes), swapping network environments (home WiFi + mobile hotspot), and even waiting for hours (over several hours, in fact) to see if it would resolve itself. I also tried logging in on my phone with mobile data—same blank page problem persists no matter what!
Has anyone else run into this blank payment page bug? Or does anyone have tips to get it working? Need to wrap up the promotion payment ASAP to get my island’s marketing off the ground—any help would be huge! Thanks a bunch!

Creator Portal
Steps to Reproduce
1.Open the Fortnite Creator Portal and log into my account.
2.Navigate to the “Island Promotion” section in the portal menu.
3.Click the “Set Up Payment Method” option under the promotion settings.
4.Observe the target page: it loads as a completely blank screen (no elements displayed).
Expected Result
After clicking “Set Up Payment Method”, the payment method configuration page should load normally, displaying elements such as payment option selections (e.g., credit card, PayPal), input fields for payment information, and confirmation buttons.
Observed Result
1.After clicking “Set Up Payment Method”, the target page loads but displays a completely blank screen—no payment option selections, input fields, buttons, or any visible interface elements.
2.The page remains unresponsive (no interactive feedback when clicking or scrolling) and stays blank even after waiting for over several hours, switching devices, or changing network environments.
Hi @Jimbohalo10 Thank you for your reply. I have already submitted my tax information and completed the relevant Hyperwallet setup. However, I have never encountered a prompt to accept the updated EULA mentioned.
Thank you for your reply. @Jimbohalo10 I have carefully reviewed the document you sent, but my issue still remains unresolved. The same problem occurs when I use Firefox, Edge, or Chrome browsers. However, when I attempt to purchase V-Bucks for the game directly on the website, the page displays normally. Could this be related to the region? I am from China.

While Apple Pay is accepted by some merchants,
it is far less prevalent compared to local payment systems like Alipay and WeChat Pay,
which dominate the Chinese digital payment landscape.
Therefore, while Apple Pay exists in China, its acceptance is limited and not as widespread as other payment methods.
Apple
Looks like Epic and Microsoft want to use Apple Pay as their receiving method. So the errors stop payment.
Vbucks purchase probably uses WeChat Pay or something
Try setting up payment in the Epic Games Launcher; it will probably work. See if that’s any better.
Currently, recharging and changing payment methods are not supported in China. It seems that the error encountered during island promotion is also related to the payment method. Therefore, I can only wait for Epic to support China in the future or fix this issue. Thank you for your explanation. Is there any channel where I can provide feedback to the Epic team?
