Help about netprofiling my game

hello i made a basic game in ue5 with bunch of replicated actors etc
i am using netprofiler and i have questions about it

1- if bytes is 0 in actor is that mean that actor is not replicating anything ?
2- what is the difference between update hz and rep hz ?
3- is that number of bytes are a lot needs to be optimized , or they are fine ?
