Hello, in which version of the engine is more promising to work for a shooter?

Well this doesn’t work like this, it’s the same engine, different version mean new feature, new bugs fixes and maybe new bugs

here we work the following way : we move to the next version of the engine when it has received all it’s hot fixes ( usually 2 or 3 )

so we are un 4.16.3 and we will soon move to 4.17.2. this allow us to keep moving forward with new perfs improvement and fixes, and get less the edgy side with bugs of a new version.

so start with the lastest and keep with it for 3-4 months , then move to the next one and repeat

you will have to update your code for api changes, but they always tell you before you actually port to new version what code is deprecated
