Hello, I have a problem when exporting video. "It's shaking".

I set the resoltion to 1280x720 and turned on path tracing on low. But somehow it shakes like in the video. Can someone tell me how to fix it?

how is the framerate set? You may need to turn these down...

I got this when I lowered the samples per pixel and turned the denoiser off. If I remember correctly 64 samples was flickering all over the place, 128 with denoiser on worked fine.
