Heat distortion make edge offset/artifacts

I made a refractive material and attached it to a particle emitter to make a heat distortion effect

For some reason there are white edges around the geometry, looks like an alpha that retains the original form of the geo
I don’t know what to do to get rid of this issue

Yes, this is the structure of my material
It’s just a refractive material with a normal map.
It has some interconnections to mask the distortion
