Head and Eye Look At - Not following target actor's location?

Hi, I’ve been trying to get head and eye tracking to work based off the wiki found here:

I’ve followed the tutorial thoroughly - compiling and playing has no errors, the head/eye is able to rotate when values are changed my animation blueprint, but it does not do anything when I change the Look At Target Location.

If there are better methods documented out there for me to look into, please let me know.
