Hi,
I’m new on UE5, this looks really interesting but I have some difficulties with rendering for compositing.
I have a scene with geometries, trees, etc…
The lighting is done by a HDRI Backdrop and a directional light.
I have a main geo with a shader with “AlphaComposite” as blend mode.
And I would like to have my scene lighted by my two light but with the HDRI not visible in my render. I mean used to light the scene but with the image of the HDRI not visible in the render. Like a “primary visibility” turned off in Maya.
Alpha is activated on project settings (linear color space only) but this is not working. But it’s working when I only used the directional light.
I tried in png and exr.
Also, I don’t understand why but when I activate anti aliasing in the movie render queue panel, the mesh with “AlphaComposite” shader turn black and not transparent.
Please, someone can help me to have AA, HDRI and transparency ?
Many thanks
