Greetings CrimsonDemon445, welcome to the Unreal community!
I played around a bit with the river actor and found I can achieve the same results if I overlap parts of the spline. I found it quite odd in your first picture the icon for the river spline is not at the first spline point. I would check the general shape of your spline as it seems there may possibly be an overlap.
Another area to check would be in the waterbody component. I would check that no WaterMeshOverrides have been set.
I hope this helps.
Hey, thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, I couldn’t get it to work with your suggestions. It seems like I can’t have the river below a certain point on the landscape otherwise it gets weird like the picture.
I could kind of fix the problem by using a fixed Z-position on the water material but then if I moved any other spline point, the water would not follow.
