Hair being culled when character moves out of camera

Summary

Metahuman hair is being culled when character moves out of camera view.

Steps to Reproduce

Set up anything with reflection. Put in a character and have it walk off screen. Watch the hair disappear in the rendered reflection.

Expected Result

Hair does not get culled in reflections.

Observed Result

Hair disappears ruining the reflection.

Please, has anyone an idea of what’s going on ?

My character is using lod 5 of hair (helmet instead of groom/cards). What’s strange is that it only happens with this character, for this lod. I also have other characters with same LOD that doesn’t have this issue. I’ve checked a lot of settings but can’t find a fix. The only thing that I noticed is that when packaging for mobile, the issue is resolved but when playing in editor the issue is there (I also tried packaging for pc just in case it was fixed in pc package but unfortunately not).

Ok so apparently, metahumans using LOD5 dont like when using global_ctrl to move them around (sequencer), you should use the actor’s transform instead. Seems to be a ControlRig Bug.
