Summary
The player can get stuck when dying while piloting the guided missile, and one time when the missile blew up but the player didn’t die it happened. It persists after a full “Refresh Session” if it happens during a mission started via UEFN.

Use an item spawner to get the guided missile launcher

Fire the guided missile

Die. Easily done by piloting it back at yourself, or have a friend shoot you in the head.
Expected Result
You respawn in whatever manner the game is set to.
Observed Result
The character is locked permanently, they can spin but not move. The camera is in a more pulled out view, and there is a semi transparent bar over the character. In UEFN Game Mode, you’re stuck forever until you restart Fortnite.
