Summary
In Fortnite Creative or UEFN, when you use a guided missile launcher and it is removed from your inventory using an item remover or a different method, if the player is still controlling the rocket when the item is removed, the camera gets stuck in a zoomed out FOV, and you cannot move or do anything.
In addition to this, when in the guided missile rocket control camera: if timers (and likely other HUD displaying messages), freeze in place and don’t display as they should.

Steps to Reproduce
- Go into fortnite creative or a UEFN live session and add a chest/item granter with a guided missile (or another way to get a guided missile during the gameplay)
- Add a button, timer, and item remover.
- Set the timer to start on interact with the button, and set the item remover to remove items on success of the timer.
- Make sure to set the timer to around 5-10 seconds and make it visible on HUD, and set the item remover settings so it removes the guided missile from the player when receiving an event.
- Start the game and with the guided missile in your inventory, press the button and then use the missile before the timer ends. Once the timer has finished (you can see by circling the timer and seeing it count down), exit the missile control by hitting it into an object, detaching from the rocket or letting the rocket control bar run out.
Expected Result
When the missile is removed, the camera should return to normal and the player should be able to do everything normally.
The timer on the player’s HUD should also not freeze (on the HUD) and should continue to appear counting down to match the actual device.
Observed Result
When the missile is removed your camera is broken and remains in the “missile-control-like state”, and the player cannot move at all or interact with anything. The timer HUD display also freezes.
Platform(s)
Tested on Xbox in Fortnite Creative and a live connected UEFN session, but very likely all platforms in all cases.
