Summary
If you place down a guard spawner and use streaming (might happen without streaming too) the player movement and running have drops and lags, as soon as you remove the spawner the lag stops and the characters running is back to normal. In my case the spawner is way out of the users streaming render distance so it should not cause a problem but it still does idk why. I have spawn through walls and infinite spawn disabled, guards are limited to 5 but as far as I know no matter what setting u use it will lag.
Best way of seeing this bug in action is to add speed to your player using a class designer, if you can a lot, place down a spawner and run, u will see the drops in the player running.

Observed Result
It makes movement and overal gameplay feel laggy, i saw others reporting this same issue a long time ago but it has not been fixed yet .
