Groom disappears - UE5 preview 2

Hi,

I’m experiencing that groom assets (metahuman facial hair) disappear when viewed at certain camera angles. Otherwise they work fine… I don’t believe it’s anything to do with LODs because I have forced them to LOD 0.

For example I rotate the camera around the character and the groom disappears when facing the right side of their head.

The problem was with the bounds. Solved by ticking ‘include component location into bounds’ on the parent to the grooms.

Thank you so much Sir. Bashing my head at this for an hour knowing that it had to be something to do with the fact the characters offset positions during the animation.

If im trying to add feathers to eagle, using binding assets feather are disappeared any help regarding about this
