Grind Rails don't work properly after update

Summary

Player jump distance changed overnight, yesterday all my rails were ~512 units away from each other when doing a jump, now this value doesn’t snap to the grind anymore (even though it does collides with it), ~256 is what I’m using right now, but sometimes the player will randomly do a larger jump than the current and still NOT snap to the grind.
Not only that, but the collision altogether broke since last update and the player seems to be stuck in the grind animation loop when jumping, which wasn’t the case since yesterday, it’s easy to notice with flying mode.
I can provide 2 videos, but don’t know where to upload them.

Steps to Reproduce

Create three grind rails tracks next to each other with ~256 units (before 28.10 update was ~512 units) of distance between each track and then keep jumping to another track

Expected Result

Player should properly jump to the next track and snap when collided

Observed Result

Player misses the jump and doesn’t snap, even though they collide with the track.
