Grappler shows wrong amount of uses when getting from a item granter

Summary

This is more of a visual bug, but when getting the grappler item from a item granter (with no modifications) shows 15 uses, breaks after the 10th use.

This do not happen when you get the grappler normally from the creative inventory.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Put a Grappler in a Item Granter Device.
  2. Start the game and get the grappler from the item granter.

Expected Result

The Grappler should show 10 uses.

Observed Result

The grappler shows 15 uses but still breaks after 10.
