Summary
Grappler says in inventory UI that it has 15 uses. However, after 10 uses it already runs out and removes itself from your inventory.
Steps to Reproduce
Give myself a grappler with an item granter.
Try to use the grappler 15 times.
Expected Result
Being able to use the grappler the intended 15 times
Observed Result
After 10 times the grappler is removed from inventory.
