graphics card error

i keep getting a message saying graphics card error please update to 30.0.101.1340 so i went to the intel website and that update wasn’t available. whenever i open my project in unreal the screen is all red

This is a known issue. Not sure about the red screen though… Feel free to let us know what GPU you have and post a picture of redscreen.

you don’t need that exact update, if there is a more recent one should be fine.

Hello,

Thanks for the extra info + picture. I can’t recall seeing anyone else with this issue. If you delete the skylight or directional light does it go away? (also try deleting post-process volume) If you create a new, empty map does it still look strange?
