Grains and Ghosting in reflection

In some reflective materials I’m getting some white grains, and when the camera moves, there are some ghosting in the texture

Im using Lumen in 5.1 for the render, I even moved the values higher than the limit in the settings
this reflection comes from the “HDRIBackdrop”, I increased the samples from 4 to 64 and doesn´t change at all

In render Movie Queue I used 8 to 32 Spatial samples and doesnt get any changes

Try enabling temporal anti-aliasing.

Helped in some details, but the trees I have in scene start looking like crap, If i fix one thing the other breaks.

Watching a lot of rendering tutorials I found they use r.Lumen.Reflections.MaxRoughnessToTrace 1
as one of the Console variables, but is giving me more ghosts in my render

So, is it realtime Lumen or rendered sequence? Try with 64 temporal samples, but No antialiasing.
