Gradle error whenever I try to Launch project to Oculus Quest 2

Hello I’ve been setting up my quest 2 for development for a few days now, and whenever I try to launch to the headset I’m met with this error. I’ve tried deleting the intermediate folder in the project like a few have suggested and that has done nothing. Been struggling to find any kind of lead on a solution and any help would be appreciated!

This happens when I am packaging my application for Oculus Quest 2 (Android)

Try opening Android Studio, then going to SDK Manager → SDK Tools → Check “Show Package Details” → removing ALL BUILD TOOLS VERSIONS OTHER THAN 30.0.0.3 (while leaving 30.0.0.3 checked or checking it if it is unchecked), as explained in more detail at the link:

That solved the problem at least for me

You can’t use the latest build tools
I personally use sdk 23 + the 23 build tools ONLY and ndk 21d
I have been told you can use some higher sdk’s
but those two are what the Q2 was built with.

2023 someone? i’m having the same problem, and trying to build a android-23 app with the building tool only 23 installed, still having this gradle problem i don’t know where it comes from
