GPU Lightmass looks awful and dark

Hi guys, I’m having toubles using GPU Lightmass to light this scene.

There is only a directional light (power 75) and a post process volume. I know I should add spotlights in there etc, but the directional light should still give me wya better results, no ?

As you can see, it’s terrible. I have no idea why. I followed all the steps on the tutorials:

Disabled ray tracing in the viewport

Enabled virutal textures

Generated Lightmap UVs on channel 1

1024 Lightmap Res on the meshes

Disables Lightmap compression

And so on.

It’s driving me mad. What am I missing ? What am I doing wrong ?

I would love any kind of help, thanks a lot!

Could you be more specific about what the problem is? What is the result you’re expecting?

Also, the most obvious problem is that you have no skylight.
