Hello Alex,
I can confirm that this issue has been fully resolved and the ticket can be closed. Nvidia customized our game profile and disabled optimized shader generation in the driver, which was causing shader heap exhaustion. As a result, our crash rate, primarily GPU crash-related, plummeted to very low levels.
Thank you!

Hi Ondrej,
Wonder how do you disable this “optimized shader generation”? We’re having similar situations where some users just keep gpu crash and would like to find a solution. Do we need to contact nvidia driver team?

Hello, this should apply to your crashes only if your crashes are of type DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED and there is no .nv-gpudmp generated. We cooperated with Nvidia driver team to resolve it for our game but it is expected to be fixed more globally in one of the upcoming driver updates.

Hello,
It seems to be not the same case. We have many crashes with .nv-gpudmp generated, but many of them just has no shader hash.
