Summary
I’m currently working on a map where it is crucial to the player experience that they see on the resource UI how much gold and how many acorns they have in their inventory. I placed the HUD Controller Device in the world and enabled the appropriate settings, as well as enabling gold UI in the Island Settings, but when in Live Edit or a private playtest code, these are not visible on the UI. As a work around, I have put a sign around the map that says the player will need to check their inventory to see how much gold or acorns they have. I really wish it didn’t have to be this way!
