Steps to Reproduce

-Open UEFN and create/open any island.

-In the Content Browser, go to Fortnite > Objects > Pacific Break (or search “glass”).

-Drag and drop a prop that includes glass in its name (e.g., CozyTea Window / Sliding Door “Glass” variant) into the level.

-Observe the prop in the UEFN viewport.

-Launch a session / open the island in Fortnite Creative Edit mode and check the same placed prop.

Expected Result

The glass part of the prop should remain visible with its glass material (transparent/reflective) in both UEFN and Fortnite Creative Edit mode.

Observed Result

The glass section disappears / becomes invisible. Only the frame remains visible. This occurs in UEFN and also in Fortnite Creative Edit mode.

Additional Notes

This issue appears to affect multiple “Glass” variants from the Pacific Break set, not just a single prop. The problem occurs immediately after placing the prop in the level.

The glass material does not render at all — it is completely invisible rather than displaying incorrect transparency or reflections.

The status of FORT-1062874 changed to ‘Needs Triage’. We’ve confirmed the issue and it’s waiting to be assigned to someone to fix it.
